Love Me Not

In much of my work I am looking at the psychology of behavior though an examination of unconscious intentions found in physical expression. This is especially true in the video installation Love Me Not, which explores this at an intimate level, focusing on three different couples that are engaged in tickling each other. . What I was interested in looking at was the below the surface or misleading intentions found in this type of play;. In Love me not the viewpoint is kept in perpetual motion, simulating the feeling that you are actually inside the tickle. To achieve that effect the videos were shot close up with the camera rotating around the couples on a circular track, While the footage remains true to linear time I did edit the speed to increase the sense of passive aggressive play.
